
Avon: Why I Stayed For Over 25 Years
When I first joined Avon over 25 years ago, I never imagined the journey it would take me on. What started as a way to earn some extra income, you can read about how started on my Avon journey here, has become a deeply fulfilling part of my life—one that has given me flexibility, financial opportunities, and, most importantly, an amazing community of customers and fellow representatives. One of the biggest reasons I’ve stayed with Avon for so long is the incredible flexibility it provides. Unlike a traditional 9-to-5 job, I get to set my own schedule and work around my life, not the other way around. I had a full time job and it certainly helped in between paychecks! Whether you want to work Avon full-time, part-time, or just as a side hustle, you’re in complete control.

Life is full of unexpected changes, and for me, one of the biggest challenges was losing my full-time job. It was a difficult time, but Avon provided me with a way to keep income coming in while also giving me the opportunity to grow—not just financially, but personally as well.

No matter how hard you work for someone else, very rarely were you given a cash bonus, or offered a paid vacation. But we did get the occasional free lunch and a few t-shirts! 🙄😂
